250 ml fresh cream
1⁄2 big bottle Nutella warmed slightly in microwave
1 packet Marie or tennis biscuits
100g of peanut brittle crushed
1 tablespoon icing sugar
1 teaspoon cocoa
1⁄2 cup strong milk coffee
Beat fresh cream, icing sugar and cocoa till thickened but not stiff.
Place a layer of Marie dipped in coffee at the bottom of a serving dish.
Layer fresh cream mixture over.
Drizzle warm Nutella over.
sprinkle peanut brittle.
Repeat layers ending with cream mixture. Decorate as desired.
Serve well chilled.
