RECIPE

1kg fillet steak washed and drained
Marinate with:1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food Steak and chops masalaSalt to taste1 teaspoon lemon pepper½ teaspoon garlic pepper2 tablespoons vinegar 4 tablespoons Nando's pepper sauce2 tablespoons steers garlic sauce2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Cook on very low heat with a slice of butter.
Serve with crispy onion rings.

1 onion cut in thin rings2 tablespoons tasty wheat2 tablespoons chana flour2 tablespoons breadcrumbs1 teaspoon baking powderWater to make a pasteDeep fry in hot oil till crispy.
