1 chicken 1 finely chopped onion 1 taj 2 Elachi (cardomom) 1 cinnamon stick 1 teaspoon wet leaf masala 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon red chillie powder 2 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon mother in laws masala 3 tomatoes Dhaniya for granishing
METHOD
Braise onions in ghee (Clarified butter) with taj,cinnamon stick and Elachi (cardomom).Add chicken with spices Allow to braise and add a little water to cook Grate and add 3 tomatoes Allow to braise until water burns out,and more water and potatoes and cook till doneWhen done granish with a DhaniyaServe with rice
