* Method for the cheesy taco bowl : 1.) Place circles of grated cheese on a greased/lined baking tray (I used a spicy 4 cheese mix from Morrison’s but you can use any cheese mix you prefer). 2.) Bake in a preheated oven at 180degrees for +- 30mins (depends on the cheese you use ... don’t brown themBut bake until they are easily lifted)Remove from oven and place into round silver foil trays (while still hot to create a taco bowl shape)
* Method for the Filling : 1.) Marinate chicken with Amina’s wonderspice (chicken tikka marinade), salt, paprika powder, lemon juice and cook in a bit butter ... when chicken is almost cooked through add Mochachos sauce and mix well. 2.) Leave to cool then fill into the taco bowls. 3.) Top with grated cheese, jalapeños and mixed peppers.
