INGREDIENTS
Green beans 4 tablespoon butter ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper ½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) Salt to taste1 tablespoon olive oil (optional )
METHOD
1. Melt the butter in a pan, add the oil
2. Sauté the whole beans in the melted butter along with all the spices
3. Once the beans turn brown (roast) add in a little bit of water and cover so that the beans soften.
4. Serve as a side / meal !
5. Enjoy :)
INFO & TIPS
I like having it with an egg or even just toast.
I prefer not adding too much water because I like the beans to have a little bit of a crunch :)
