1 kg cut up binda braised in little oil to burn off the stickyness (Note: if just chutney style then omit the chicken the lessen the Dhana Jeeru (Cumin) and garum masala make chutney and add the braised Binda)
Cube 3 chicken fillets
In a seperate pot add 4 tablespoon oil Add 1 onion finely sliced Braise with ½ teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin) Braise few minutes 1 teaspoon garlic Now add cubed chicken fillets As soon as it changes colour add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic Add 1 tablespoon Kashmiri chilli powder 1 teaspoon Kashmiri masala 1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon tumeric ½ teaspoon garum masala 1 full teaspoon Dhana jeera mix 1 teaspoon salt Braise few minutes till spices are well coated with chickea add 3- 4 grated tomatoes Cook well add a bit of water so u have a slight Gravy Add the fried Binda (okra) Mix well cook few minutes more Adjust your salts etc Garnish with green chopped dhania (coriander) Serve with roti or naan rotis etc Enjoy
