1 chicken cut into quarters or 82 tablespoon Adega Spice2 tablespoon olive oilJuice of a lemon
Marinade above for at least 2 hours.Heat pot with butter add 1 heaped teaspoon garlic crushed. When butter melted add chicken and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a pyrex or oven tray.
Sauce :50g garlic butter2 tablespoon mayonnaise2 tablespoon Veri peri2 tablespoon nandos extra hot peri peri2 tablespoon nandos garlic peri peri2 tablespoon nandos wild herb peri peri2 tablespoon pourtugese sauce½ cup fresh cream
Add all sauce ingredients to a sauce pan bring to a boil. Throw over chicken and put into a pre heated oven of 180deg for 15 minutes . Turn on the grill and leave for another 5 minutes or until sauce begins to bubble. Serve with creamy butternut, corn on the cob , chips and garlic bread.
