5 teaspoon aminas tandoori paste Juice of 1 lemon 3 tablespoon yoghurt Salt to taste 1 tablespoon oil ½ teaspoon crushed red chillies butter
Mix all above ingredients together. Cut chicken quarters and make slits. Rub marinade over chicken and in slits. Rub oven tray with butter and place chicken on tray. Place blobs of butter over chicken and squeeze juice of half a lemon over. Bake at 180 till done. Potato wedges: peel and cut 3 potatoes in wedges. Sprinkle with salt, flower, lemon pepper, mochachos spice or any chip or chicken spice and mix with little oil. Place wedges and onion rings around chicken before baking and cover whole tray with foil.
