Boil half cup quinoa according to instructions on packet..and let it rest for 5 minutes..put chicken in a bowl and add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and Cajun spice and the boiled quinoa..then fry in a bit of olive oil in a frying pan..cut off leafy ends of pack choi and chop up the turkey rashers add a splash of balsamic vinegar and fry both together.
