1 whole Chicken butterflied​Juice of 1 lemon1 tablespoon garlic¼ cup oil3 teaspoon red chillies2 tablespoon mayonaise2 tablespoon hot steers peri peri1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)3 tablespoon garlic sauceMarinade chicken in the above then grill/cook until well done..
Sauce: 125g butter1 teaspoon garlic Juice of 1 lemon¼ bottle nandos peri per extra hot1 teaspoon robertsons peri peri..Heat up sauce ingredients in a pot.. Throw over chicken just before serving.
