Ingredients 1 chicken (cut in pieces) 1 large onion (sliced) 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon Robertson's exotic thai spice 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon Cross & Blackwell Trim ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder 125ml Lancewood sour cream (or more) ¼ cup french chives (chopped+ garnish)
Saute onion in oil till lightly golden. Add ginger, garlic, chillies, spices and lemon. Braise for few seconds. Add washed chicken and cook until no liquid remains. Add sour cream & chives, mix in. Cook till sour cream thickens. Garnish with little chopped chives before serving. Serve with roti/garlic butter naan.
