(I used 1 kg fillets original recipe calls for 1 big fillet)
1 kg fillet cubed tiny Cook in butter with:3 teaspoon bbq spice 3 teaspoon chicken spice 2 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 tablespoon white pepper 8 big fresh Jalapenos chopped½ bottle Jalapeno sauce (I used jojos brand)1 tablespoon @purespice_sa green chillie garlic paste 6 cloves minced garlic ½ cup long life cream 1 tub cream cheese 🧀 Cook till chicken is done. Allow to cool completely b4 adding in grated cheese 🧀. I used 3 cups cheddar & 1 cup mozzarella Chopped dhania (coriander)
Fill in samoosas I Dip in thin laaiand crushed Kornflakes mixed with southern coating Original recipe calls 4 : beaten egg and Kornflake crumbs
I got almost 10 doz from above recipe الحمدالله
