Alipoor Roast chicken

1 chicken cut & washed
3 tablespoons Sujees Alipoor roast masala1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder 1 teaspoon dana (coriander powder) 1 teaspoon jiro (cumin powder) ¼ teaspoon tumericPinch of saffron1 freshly squeezed lemon 2 tablespoons olive oil Cut 2 potatoes into wedges and add to chickenAllow to marinate
Cook till done adding water as needed. Serve with roti and corn.
