1 chicken, cut and washed1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon orange pepper spice1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)1 teaspoon red chilli powder 2 tablespoon tomato sauce 2 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 tablespoon olive oil Red masala
Sauce:½ cup fresh cream1 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon orange pepper spice
Marinate chicken with the above ingredients. Lay in an oven dish and cover with foil. Bake on 180 degrees for about 45 minutes (remove the foil when halfway done and ensure that the sauce doesn't burn out). Melt the sauce ingredients in a microwaveable dish for 30 seconds and pour over the chicken. Garnish with parsley
