MARINADE+-4 Chicken Breast filletsOr Cut up Chicken piecesMarinate 1 teaspoon green garlic pasteWith ½ packet Suhanas Tandoori wet mix marinateAdd2 teaspoon Kashmiri masala1 tablespoon Aminas Wet masala½ teaspoon Garam Masala Little Mayo and worsteeshire sauce 2-3 tablespoon oil Some crushed mint and chopped dhania (coriander) Mix all together and marinate Chicken if Skin on Poke the pieces with knives so the spices can go in properly Leave overnight or few hoursPlace in an oven trayNow Cut Carrot rounds and Potato wedges steam in micro wave for 10min Drain and keep asidePlace over the chicken Then in a sauce pan Melt 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or Butter I used ButterMelt 3 tablespoon Any wet magic Masala or Sujis or any other brandAdd the Ginger garlic Cook on stove with little lemon juice or mayo Now pour this over the the chicken and the Carrots and potatoes Sprinkle little minutes And chopped dhania (coriander) overCover with Foil Place in oven for +-1 Hour or until the chicken is doneBefore serving Then place for 10min under Grill till the skin is brown and crispy and Veges are well doneServing Suggestion:Garlic Rolls and Salads Enjoy😋
