Inspo of the trending burger taco...A spicy kebab taco, so flavoursome & full of spice.Tortillas Kebab500g beef mince1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon garlic2 tablespoon gorimas sheesh kebab spice1 teaspoon green stamp chilliesFinely chopped coriander or herbs of your choice ¼ teaspoon garam masalaMix all the above until well combined..set aside.
SauceMayonnaise,picalilly mustard, tomato sauce,mix the 3 sauces in your preferred quantityShredded lettuceSliced tomatoGrated cheese/Slices.
Now press the mince all over the tortilla ensuring its till the edges in a nice smooth layer,place mince side down onto pan and cook turning over and cooking on the other side on low heat until done.Now spread sauce,lettuce,tomatoe and cheese.Ready to serve.Enjoy.
