Mince: (S.Essay)1 kg steak mince 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon crushed dhana1 tablespoon crushed jeera 1 teaspoon mustard powder 2 eggs 100g butter ¼ cup oil 1 teaspoon black pepper Salt¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 3 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon worcester sauce 2 teaspoon baking powder 2 teaspoon green masala 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic 2 teaspoon ground garlic 2 tablespoon ground Badaam2 tablespoon fine coconut 2 chopped onions3 tablespoon vinegar Process above.Shape in kebaabs. (U cud ½ this mixture and freeze till later use)
Smash on tawa allow to cook both sides.To assemble:Put smashed pattie on wrap sliced cheese 🧀 Shredded lettuce 🥗
Mix together:1 chopped onion 2 med chopped ghekkins 3 tablespoon mayo3 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce Gherkin juicePut dollops over lettuce
