4 pieces chicken fillet cubed 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 4 tablespoon spurs peri peri sauce 2 tablespoon Nando's garlic peri peri 2 teaspoon peri peri spice( I used calistos brand) ½ teaspoon dried coriander leaves ½ teaspoon crushed green chillies 1 teaspoon garlic chopped
Cook chicken in ghee (Clarified butter), add a few tablespoon water just so that the sauce doesn't dry out.
1 avocado Juice of 1 lemon
Pepper Chilli flakes
Mash the avocado with a fork to a consistency you like and add the above ingredients and mix
½ red onion chopped ½ tomato chopped
Pepper Vinegar Green dhania (coriander)
I used the Old El Paso taco shells
I also served with some feta cubes, sour cream, grated cheese, lettuce, cubed avocado.
