RECIPE
In a Food Processor Add4 Chicken fillet cut up into small pieces 2 Slices Soaked bread squeezed3 tablespoon Melted Butter1 large fried Onion1 teaspoon Garlic paste½ teaspoon Ginger and Garlic1 teaspoon Magic Red Masala +-1 tablespoon Green chilli paste 1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix ¼ teaspoon Garam Masala 3 tablespoon Mochacho Chicken spice (you can use any chicken spice)1 teaspoon crushed whole JeeraFew whole black peppercorns crushed1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper1 Egg1 teaspoon Lemon Juice Mixed herbs and Oregano Green dhania (coriander) Few mint leaves4 tablespoon Semolina+- Hand full of bread Process all of the above Add Now Remove from processorAdd More Crumbs or semolina if it's too soft Lastly add Chopped Shallot TIP:Take a small lump and place in microwave for few seconds to taste for Salt and Chilli so you may adjust Now Mould into small balls Poke a Toothpick in slightly mould into a mini Seekh shape
Leave it roundDust with Parsley and Poppy seedsKeep in freezer to firm up Fry or Grill Enjoy
