1 onion chopped3 pieces chicken fillet cubed 1 carrot grated 1 potato grated ½ teaspoon lemon pepper ¼ teaspoon black pepper¼ teaspoon white pepper ¼ teaspoon mixed herbs 2 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)1 teaspoon green chilli garlic paste 1 packet knorr thick vegetable soup2 cups milk2 cups boiling water 1 cup fresh cream 2 tablespoon milk powder (nespray)Coriander (to garnish)2 tablespoons Olive oil2 tablespoon butter 1 cup tap water1 tin cream style sweetcorn (optional)
Saute onions with Jeeru (Cumin) seeds till soft. Add in carrot and potato and sweat vegggies for 5 minutes. Add in cubed chicken, spices and braise for few minutes. Now add in boiling water and cook chicken and veggies till tender, takes about 6 to 7 minutes. In a saucepan whisk milk, tap water and packet soup till combined. Add to chicken and veggies. Add in cream style sweetcorn and boil till slightly thick. Before serving mix together fresh cream and milk powder ensuring there are no lumps and add to soup. Adjust soup with boiling water if too thick.
INFO & TIPS
Garnish with corriander and crush red chillies. Serve with croutons or rolls
