Butter Chicken Pies

Yesterday’s butter chicken turned into today’s buttery, flaky pies 🥧✨ Crispy puff pastry outside, creamy curry inside — zero waste, 100% delicious!

Had some leftover butter chicken, so I turned it into these golden, flaky mini pies 😋
Recipe for butter chicken on previous reel!
You’ll need:
Leftover butter chicken (cold)
todays Puff pastry
1 egg (for brushing)
Dried parsley & chilli flakes (for topping)

To make:1️⃣ Cut puff pastry sheets into squares.2️⃣ Place each square into a square cupcake pan.3️⃣ Add a spoonful of cold butter chicken filling.4️⃣ Cut more pastry using a lattice pie cutter and place on top.5️⃣ Brush with beaten egg.6️⃣ Sprinkle dried parsley and chilli flakes over.7️⃣ Bake until golden and puffed.
Flaky, buttery, spicy… and made from leftovers! 🧈🔥
