Chocolate cupcakes with creamy icing

4 eggs, ¾ cup castor sugar. Beat till white.
Add ¼ cup oil and beat again.
In a seperate bowl mix ¼ cup cocoa with ½ cup boiling water.
Sift 1 cup cake flour and 2 teaspoon baking powder together.
Fold into egg mixture and add a pinch of salt.
Then fold in cocoa mixture. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix in.
Put into cupcake pans and bake for 15-20 minutues @ 180.
Cool and decor.
125g butter or marg
3 tablespoon cocoa powder
First choice cream about ¼ - ½ cup
Icing sugar as needed.
Beat butter till light & fluffy.
Add in cocoa and cream. Beat. Add icing sugar as needed to the consistency you like. Pipe. Decor as desired.
