Chocolate Brownies

INGREDIENTS

½ cup butter1 cup sugar 2 eggs1 teaspoon Vanilla essence ⅓ cup cocoa powder ½ cup all purpose flour

METHOD

Melt the butter and then stir in sugar and eggs. Add vanilla essence Combine With dry ingredients. Top the batter with Variations of your choice [[ chocolate,oreos,nuts etc]]Spread in an 8 inch pan & bake for 25 minutes. Add melted chocolate over the top

INFO & TIPS

Serve with plain ice cream or ice cream with freshly sliced strawberries
