250ml (1 cup) fresh cream - chilledWhip until soft peaks form Separately -Beat 1 can caramel treat and 3 tablespoon cocoa powder Add the whipped fresh cream to above and gently whip until combined Chop oreos/lotus biscuits/romany creams or any biscuit you prefer and add to above (Romany Creams was used above) Chop 1 slab (80g) milk choc or any chocolate of your choice and add to above. Mix well. Sprinkle chopped biscuits and chocolate Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

Hint - fresh cream whips best when chilled. Never whip fresh cream at room temperature.
