Chocolate Sponge Cake

INGREDIENTS

5 eggs separated
11/2 cups castor sugar
1 cup water
½ cup oil
Vanilla extract
2 cups flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
3 teaspoon cocoa

METHOD

Whisk whites stiff. Set aside.
To the yolks add castor sugar. Beat. Add rest of ingredients.
Fold in whites.
Pour into greased & lined tray.
Bake till done. Decorate as desired
