2 tins butter beans(washed & drained)
1 onion
2 tomatoes
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 level teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chilli powder
2 ½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
1 small piece of amli (tamerine)-mix in boiling water & strain(set aside)
Braze onions till brown & then add in your spices.Add in the tomatoes and beans with ½ cup boiling water.Add in amli (tamerine) mixture and cook on low heat till done.
