INGREDIENTS
1 kg cubed fillets1 tablespoon butterHalf an onion 1 teaspoon whole jeerah 2 sticks cinnamon SaltGinger garlic 1 teaspoon turmeric powderHalf a teaspoon chilli powder 2 cups milk1 cup fresh cream Quarter glass maizena (corn flour) water ( 1 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) in a quarter glass waterdhania (coriander)
METHOD
Braise chopped onion, jeerah and cinnamon in butter. Add in fillets before onions brown. Add salt, ginger garlic, turmeric and chilli powder. Allow to cook.When water has dried, add in milk and fresh cream. When mixture starts simmering, add maizena (corn flour) water and allow to simmer a further minute. Remove from stove and garnish with dhania (coriander).
INFO & TIPS
If sauce has over thickened, add a little milk.
Green chillies are optional.
