2-3 chicken fillets cubed, washed and drained In a pot add:1 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_foods peri peri masala1 teaspoon garlic1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder½ teaspoon chilli flakes¼ teaspoon tumeric ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper¼ teaspoon @robertsonsspice chicken spiceAdd chicken mix well and allow to cook on low heat. Once cooked and tender allow to cool. One could also shred the meat. I use as is. Add chopped cucumber and tomato. Add 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Then butter bread. Add chicken filling and toast. Serve immediately. Chicken filling freezes well.
