INGREDIENTS
1 chicken cut into serving pieces or 1kg leg quarters 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon chilli paste1 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoon bbq sauce2 tablespoon olive oil1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon turmeric1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon crushed red chillies1/2 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon bbq spice
Basting sauce:2 tablespoon butterRemainder of the marinadeBoil together until thickened
METHOD
Marinate chicken in all spices and sauces above ad place on a foil lined baking sheetBake at 200 for 40 minutes Change oven setting to grillBrush over basting sauce and grill for a few minutes before serving
