500g chicken strips 3 teaspoon white pepper 3 teaspoon bbq spice 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon chicken spice 1 egg ½ c milk Mix all the spices together add chicken to this mixture and leave to marinate for a few hours Flour dip: 1 c flour 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon bbq spice ½ teaspoon white pepper Dip chicken in flour mixture and fry in hot shallow oil until crispy. I served this with mustard sauce and made savoury rice using shan chinese egg fried rice mix-spice only added cooked rice and to cooked mixed veggies and omitted the fried egg.
