Dough: In a bowl add flour,salt, mix herbs and baking powder In a measuring jug add milk,water,egg and butter-whisk with fork Heat liquid mixture in micro for 30 seconds Then had little by little to flour mixture If dough is too soft sprinkle flour to your preferred consistency
Topping: Marinate cubed fillet in all ingredients beside steers sauce. Once fillet is cooked and water is almost burnt out add sauce and simmer.
Once dough is ready - dough should make 2 med pizzas
Roll out in to oven or pizza tray Add tomato puree on base Sprinkle mozzerella cheese Add fillet topping and sprinkle cheese as a desired. Add peppers, mushroom,olives, chilli or feta- as desired
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes on 180 degrees
