INGREDIENTS

Chicken Tangdi Kabab

6-8 chicken drumsticks

First marination:-
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon cumin powder
¼ teaspoon garam masala
1⁄2 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder
1⁄2 teaspoon dhana powder
1⁄2 teaspoon ginger & garlic paste
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil
Orange food color (tandoori color)

Second marination:-
1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)
2 tablespoon double cream thick yogurt
1 teaspoon grounded mint leaves

METHOD

Make a slit in the drumsticks.Rub the drumsticks with the 1st marinade till the mixture coat completely on chicken. Keep for 30 minutues. Now marinade chicken with the second marinate. Keep in fridge for another 15-20 minutes. Now give charcoal DUM. Now arrange the chicken on baking tray. Bake on 200 C. For 30-35 or till completely done.Sprinkle some chat masala and lemon juice. Serve hot. ❤

@LUNAT - take charcoal burn it on stove. now put small foil paper on marinated chicken add 1 tsp ghee then put charcoal n cover tightly for 5-10 min.
