RECIPE

500g fillets cut into thin stripsMarinate with:1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic red masala 1 teaspoon 6 gun grill spice or bbq spice1 egg¾ cup milk1 teaspoon dried parsley 1 teaspoon chopped greens Leave aside for about 2 hrs.
Mix 2gether½ cup flour¾ cup corn flake crumbs
Dip strips in crumbs and fry till golden. Dipping sauce:½ cup sweet chilli sauce ½ cup spur salad & French fry dressing So deeeeelicious
