RECIPE

250g butter¾ cup castor sugarBeat till light and fluffyAdd in 1 egg1 & ½ cups maziena (corn flour)1 & ½ cups chopped pecans.Flour as requiredPipe into logs
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees till golden brown.Once baked and cooled Sift icing sugar.
