Bismillah.
RECIPE
1. Chop half an onion and saute in 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) until onion is translucent. Then add in 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste.ββββ2. Add 2 chicken fillet cubbed and let cook until fillet is white. ββ3. Once white add : 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon tandoori masala, Β½ teaspoon chillie powder, Β½ teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin), ΒΌ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) , ΒΌ cup plain yogurt and a splash of milk and let cook on medium heat until chicken is cooked nicely.ββββ4. Then add :1 sachet tomato paste, about 2 tablespoon butter ( add more if you'd like ) and 250ml fresh cream then let simmer on low until sauce thickens nicely. Enjoy with Naan / Roti π
