1 chicken cut and washed Spaghetti boiled and set aside.
In pot heat 1 tablespoon olive oil Add chili garlic paste , 2 curry leaves and sauté. Add in chicken, 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder ½ teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon chillie powder 1 tablespoon Nandos lemon and herb sauce
Cook till done adding water as necessary.
Before serving in a pot warm butter, 2-3 tablespoons Nandos lemon and herb sauce and 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce. Once it's sizzling pour over chicken.
Put spaghetti on a plate. Set chicken on spaghetti and pour sauce over. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
Julienned salad with mango
Wash lettuce, dry and tear. Set on plate. Julienned 1 small cucumber, 1 carrot and 1 ripe mango. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and put on salad. Put some olives on salad and mango slices. Enjoy 😊
