INGREDIENTS
1/2kg chicken fillet
1 tablespoon salt
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
2 tablespoon mayo
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fine dhana
1 tablespoon fine green chillie
1 ½ tablespoon red masala
Flour, egg, crumbs for coating
METHOD
Cut each fillet into 3
Make thin with a mellet
Marinate chicken for 2 hours in all ingredients
Coat chicken in flour, then egg then crumbs
Leave in fridge for an hour
Fry in shallow oil in a pan on meduim heat
