FOR THE BUNSEITHER USE READY BAKED COCKTAIL MINI BUNS
I used 1kg ready bread doughRolled out cut into rounds And left it to riseEgg Brushed and sprinkled Poppy seeds overBaked in oven for 15 -18 minutes at 180 *remove and CoolNow SLIT like a pocket or 2 full halves and fill
I ADDED GRATED CHEESE TO THE FILLING ONCE IT WAS COOKED
FOR THE FILLING2 cut up Chicken fillets in cubesI boiled in stove and once I felt it was cooked I shredded it In a pot add 3-tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or Butter Few slices of chopped onion, some chopped robot peppers ½ Grated carrot Little whole JeeraLittle Thyme1 large grated TomatoI Added 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 & ½ teaspoon Magic Masala 1Tblsp Portuguese spice 1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix+-2 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder Let it cook for about 8 minutesNow add the the shredded ChickenCook further Add sauces I used a bit Tomato Sauce, Chilli Mayo ..Nandos lemon and Herb and Minnie's Portuguese sauce and Worcestershire (use whatever you have to give it a saucy tasteLet it be a bit wet not a dry fillingGarnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander)WHEN COOLADD GRATED CHEESEMix well ADJUST SALT SAUCES CHILLI ETCEnjoy
