Pic&Recipe Credit: @Juwariyyah_ Tar 1 full Chicken cut in quarters Marinate in: 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon lemon pepper½ teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon chilli flakes ½ teaspoon Tumeric ½ teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) Sprinkle of chicken spice (I use Calisto's)4 tablespoon mayonaise 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger Juice of a full lemon½ cup Coimbra sauce¼ cup Comida peri peri sauce 4 tablespoon tomato pureè 3 tablespoon nandos sauce of your choice (I used medium peri peri)2 tablespoon Olive oil Method: Lay chicken quarters on an tray without the leftover marinade and grill in the oven for 30-40 minutes. When chicken is done, heat leftover marinade and pour it over the chicken. . Serve with roti, paratha, chips, mini baked potatoes, wedges, rice or mash.
