Tandoori Chicken Boti On Zaatar Flatbread

RECIPE

4 fillets cut into chunky cubes. Wash and drainMarinate with 4 tablespoons @sujees_gourmet_food memon style tandoori chicken masala3 tablespoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons double cream yogurt 3 tablespoons oilSalt to tasteSkewer
Cook on a griddle or in the oven. Make extra marinade for basting. I purchased zaatar flatbread from @neezmofoods
Brush flatbread with butter and warm in oven. Put chicken over flat bread and drizzle with yogurt. I use double cream yogurt thinned with a little milk and flavoured with @sujees_gourmet_food green masala, salt and pepper.
Garnish with cucumber. Enjoy 🌸
