Recipe adapted from Ramadan delights
Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem
2 cups chicken fillets cubed
1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon Chilli garlic paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 teaspoon fine red chillies
½ teaspoon Ina Parman chilli garlic spice
¼ cup steers prego sauce
Place all ingredients in pot. Cook over medium heat till tender. Must be slightly saucy. Do not dry out.
