1 chicken cut & washed or 4 chicken fillets (slit in centre)
Marinate with: 3 tablespoons mayonnaise ½ teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala 1 teaspoon chilli 🌶 garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chilli 🌶 powder 1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin) (cumin powder) 2 tablespoons tomato puree ½ teaspoon tumeric A sprinkling of Ina Parman chilli and garlic seasoning 1 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice 2 tablespoons oil. Make a paste with all above and marinate chicken.
Put marinated chicken in put with some butter. Cook till done adding water 💦 as needed. Serve with savoury rice.

Braise 1 onion in 2 tablespoons oil till light brown. Add green and red peppers cubed & frozen mixed veg. Braise with coarse red chilli 🌶 powder. Add boiling water 💦, basmati rice (about 1 & ½ cup) & 2 teaspoons salt.
