ADD 3 tablespoon Oil or Butter Heat 2 med chopped onionsSaute500g chicken mince1 teaspoon Green garlic masala1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste 1 teaspoon Green chilli1 teaspoon finely Crushed Black Pepper powder1 tablespoon any Chicken Spice+-1 tablespoon Red Chilli Flakes 1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix½ teaspoon Garam Masala2 Medium Grated Boiled Potatoes -(water squeezed out ) ½ cup Whole Kernel Sweet CornSmall Chopped Robot Peppers Salt to tasteLemon juiceOrigano or mixed herbsCook wellRemove and allow to CoolWhen Cold Take 3 slices of bread tear it up and process it fine ThenAdd Greens1 eggMix all together to the cooled ChickenAdd 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or Oil againPat in a foil loaf I steamed in oven with water in oven tray, For 45 minutesThen Removed from the oven tray Placed on tray baked at 180*for 15 to 20 minutes Remove from ovenSmear red sauce over Grate cheese over the hot loafGarnish with chopped green dhania (coriander) Allow to cool Serve it Cold With salads Fried slap chips etc
