½ kg chicken fillet cut into strips
1 teaspoon green chillies
1 teaspoon garlic
½ teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon dhana powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon crushed red chilli
1 teaspoon Portuguese spice ( optional )
3 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Warm water and warm milk ( approx 1 ¾ cup )
5 tablespoon mayo
2 tablespoon Nandoes Wild herb sauce ( anything you prefer )
Grated Gouda cheese
Any salad stuff you prefer
Add some oil in a pan add the ginger garlic and green masala allow to braise . Add the chicken stir . Add the remaining spices and cook with the lid open on medium heat . Just before serving add a little butter and brown it.
Wraps : Add everything together and form a soft dough . Leave aside for 20 minutes . Roll out not to thin and fry on Tawa .
Sauce : 5 tablespoon mayo 2 tablespoon Nandoes wild herb ( anything u prefer ) Whisk together
Assemble : Smear sauce at the bottom Add cucumbers ,gherkins, red onion , cheese . Top with chicken lettuce and a God layer of sour cream . Close with tooth pick and warm on tawa .

You can use any left over chicken as well .
