4 chicken fillets cut into strips Marinate strips with: 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon ground green chillies 1⁄4 teaspoon lemon pepper 2 tablespoon lemon juice
Batter: 1⁄2 cup gram flour 1⁄2 cup cake flour 1 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 teaspoon crushed cumin 1 teaspoon crushed coriander Salt to taste 1 small onion finely chopped (I omitted) 1⁄2 cup coriander leaves chopped 1 teaspoon baking powder 1⁄2 cup cheese grated 1 teaspoon oil 1 cup water
Mix ingredients for batter and throw chicken in. Leave for a bit.
Deeo fry on medium high heat. Serve hot with chutney.
