Cut up 4 potatoes into wedges (remove peel ) lemon juice Pyrex cling wrap
¼ cup semolina 2 tablespoon flour salt black pepper mixed herb Ina parmans chilli garlic spice
oil to shallow fry
add cut wedges to a Pyrex , cover Pyrex with cling completely . place this in the microwave for 5 to 6 minutes . remove from microwave and remove cling . add about 3 tablespoon lemon juice to potatoes and toss .
In the meantime . mix together the semolina and all the spices .
now take 1 potato at the time and coat in semolina mix , repeat until all done . heat up oil in a pan . place potatoes in the oil and allow this to crisp all sides. remove and serve with anything .
best served with chicken roast , grilled fish , chops or steak
