INGREDIENTS
Pita bread :
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon yeast
1 cup warm water
¼ cup milk
1 tablespoon oil
In a mixer add dough hook
Or use your hands
Add water milk sugar and salt oil and yeast
Last add flour
Mix and knead the dough for 5 minutes .
Dough mustn't be sticky .
Leave it to rise
Make balled about 7
Roll out evenly not too thin must be thick .
Pre heat oven to 200 and bake on last rack
3 minutes each side or less ( mustnt brown )
remove from oven wrap in cloth and into a packet ( will keeo them soft )
Or u can use ready pita bread
Chicken :
1 kilo fillet
1 teaspoon garlic
2 tablespoon MOCHACHOS spice
½ teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon BBQ spice ( I used gorimas )
½ lemon freshly squeezed of lemon is small then whole lemon .
Oil
1 tablespoon mayo
Marinade and cook in oil
Pan fry it for 10 minutes refused heat and allow to cook
At the end make temp higher so it can crisp slightly then take a knife and slice in strips .
Chop lettuce
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Miracle whip / mayo
And MOCHACHOS sauce
