INGREDIENTS
4 large EggsΒΎ cup castor sugarΒΌ cup oil1 teaspoon vanilla essenceΒ½ cup boiling waterΒΌ cup cocoa 1 cup flour2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Ganache:1 slab of Cadbury dairy milk plain chocolate 1 small tin of nestle cream
METHOD
Separate eggs and beat egg whites till theyre stiff.
Mix the castor sugar, egg yolks, oil and vanilla essence then start adding in the egg whites and beat well.
In a separate bowl mix the cocoa and boiling water.
Separately combine flour and Baking powder then add it to the mixture, thereafter add the cocoa mix as well.
Stir everything together and pour into a well greased pyrex casserole dish. (You can use a normal baking tin as well)
Bake @ 180Β°c 25 to 30 minutes depending on your oven.
For the ganache use a double boiler and melt the chocolate, add in the nestle cream and mix well... pour this over the cake and let it set for a while then cut into squares and enjoyπ
