4 pieces Haddock steamed in oven until firm . Allow to cool . Flake lightly with fork keep & aside.
Cut , peel & cube 2 or 3 potatoes depending on size. Boil until tender . Mash add little butter .
In a Bowl add flaked fish
½ green grated pepper squeeze water out
1 grated onion squeeze water out
crushed green chillies according taste
2 teaspoon crushed garlic
½ teaspoon of the following peppers
lemon white & crushed black pepper (more can be added according taste)
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon innapamans garlic & herb spice
1 teaspoon dried parsley
¼ cup breadcrumb
chopped greens spring onions & dhania (coriander). (if u have fresh parsley chop & add )
Mix everything together roll into small balls & flatten. Dip in flour then egg & coat in bread crumbs. Shallow fry in oil. Serve with salads & chips.
Goes well with puri, mini rotis or naans.
Freezers well. Thaw a little before frying
