1 tin cream style sweet corn 2 eggs 4 green chillies or more ½ cup milk Liquidize all together. Pour into a bowl
Add the following 1 ½ teaspoon dana Jeeru (Cumin) ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) ½ teaspoon crushed red chillies Salt to taste Chopped dhania (coriander) & spring onions 1 ½ cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder
Mix all together. Heat little ghee (Clarified butter) in a pan & pour 1 ladle spoon in pan. Swirl the pan to cover base of pan. Once bubbles form turn & fry on other side. Roll and serve with fav chutny.
Nb. Can be served with a filling also. Chicken, mince, steak or tuna mix with mayo. Devine
